By accessing or using RemodelingAdvisor.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RemodelingAdvisor.com is a lead generation service that connects homeowners with third-party home improvement professionals ("Contractors"). We are not a contractor and do not perform home improvement work. We do not guarantee the quality of work performed by any Contractor.

3. TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting your information, you authorize RemodelingAdvisor.com and its Partners to contact you via phone, text, or email, including through the use of automated technology, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry.

4. Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in the United States before one arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action, and you expressly waive your right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemodelingAdvisor.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
